Annual Dues payments were mailed to each lot the week of April 22, 2024.  If you did not receive your copy in the mail. Please email accounting@woodlandlake.net.

 

Annual Dues payments are due by July 1st, 2024 in order to avoid late fees. In order to keep up with inflation and maintain the common area and other association property to the caliber everyone expects, the dues for 2024-2025 have been set at $595. This is a $20 increase or approximately 3.5% from last year.

Ed Koors, the board treasurer, will provide a more in-depth explanation of the Woodland Lake finances at the annual meeting.
